Level 1 Ballet

·Basic Stretching
·Student Expands Basic Terminology: Basic body directions, adagio, arabesque, chaine, pique, balance, chasser, sauter, pas de chat, pas de bourree, jete, reverence

Level 2 Ballet
3 Classes per Week Recommended
Black Leotard, Pink Tights, Red Ballet Belt, Pink Ballet Slippers
·Student Masters Fundamentals of Barre work: tendu, plie, port de bras, degaje and pique, ronde de jambe, develope en croix, battement
·Student Performs more Complex Barre work. Introduction of petite allegro, extension, frappe, fondue
·Student Masters Understanding of Musicality and Phrasing·Student Masters Details of Alignment and Strengthens Turn Out
·Student Focus on Strengthening of Ankles and Height of Releve to prepare for pre-pointe
·Barre Stretch·Student Expands Terminology: Body directions, complex adagio, arabesque, chaine, pique, pirouettes introduced, balance, waltz, chasser, complex petite allegro, complex allegro, reverence·Student may be invited to participate in Fall performances as well as Spring.

Level 3 Ballet
5 Classes Per Week Recommended
(level 2, level 3, FAITH Project, included or additional classes at approved studios)
Black Leotard, Pink Tights, Red Ballet Belt, Pink Ballet Slippers
·Student Masters Complex and Consistent barre work
·Student may be invited to begin Pointe at discretion of the staff
·Student Masters Broad Terminology
·Student Focuses on Achieving multiple pirouettes, high extension, ease of Pointe work, consistent leaps and turns, stamina, endurance, clean lines, artistry and performance quality. ·Students invited to participate in student teacher training workshops, stage-make up workshops, partnering and variations classes in addition to curriculum
·Minimum classes are not currently required, however, 3 ballet classes per week minimum is required for pointe work and participation in Company performances.
·Student may be invited to participate in Fall & Spring performances

Recreational Dance Level 1 & 2
1-3 Hours Per Week Recommended
Leotard and Tights, Any Color, Skirts and Tutus allowed, Pink Ballet Slippers, Tan Tap and Jazz ·1 Ballet Class Recommended in addition to Tap/Jazz Combo. Hip Hop 1 optional.
· Level 1 & 2 students participate in yearly performance.
· Fun classes focused on rhythm, coordination, improving stamina and flexibility, retention, self-esteem and appreciation of the arts.

Recreational Dance Level 2 advanced & 3
2-4 Hours Per Week Recommended
Leotard and Tights, Any Color, Pink Ballet Slippers, Tan Tap and Jazz, indoor-only Hip Hop sneakers
· 1-2 Ballet Classes Recommended in addition to Tap/Jazz Combo. Hip Hop 1 optional.
· Level 2 & 3 students participate in yearly performances and be may be invited to competitive dancing and company showcases.
· Fun classes focused on rhythm, coordination, improving stamina and flexibility, retention, self-esteem, complex combinations, leaps and turns and appreciation of the arts.


Private Instruction

Private Lessons are available for students of any age and level. Integral offers affordable one-on-one instruction in multiple concentrations.

Private lessons enable students to focus on specific aspects of their technique for auditions, specific choreography or general development.

Private lessons over the summer are $30 per hour. Private lessons throughout the school year are $60 per hour. Staff must be notified of cancellations at least 2 days prior to scheduled lesson.


2011 TUITION SCHEDULE per Semester, beginning September-January and February-June (monthly payment plans can be arranged)

1 Tots (age 3) class per Week ...$225 per semester
1 Creative Movement (age 4 and 5) class per Week ...$225 per semester
1 Class per Week …$250 per semester
2 Classes per Week …$425 per semester
3 Classes per Week …$575 per semester
4+ Classes per Week …$675 per semester


Company students and students wishing to participate in the yearly recital are required to take the number of ballet classes appropriate for their division. (Division 1=1, Division 2=2, Division 3=3, Division 4=4) at Integral or an approved school.
