Private Instruction
Dance
Private Lessons are available for students of any age and level. Integral offers affordable one-on-one instruction in multiple concentrations.
Private lessons enable students to focus on specific aspects of their technique for auditions, specific choreography or general development.
Private lessons over the summer are $30 per hour. Private lessons throughout the school year are $60 per hour. Staff must be notified of cancellations at least 2 days prior to scheduled lesson.
Yoga
Integral offers affordable one-on-one instruction for clients of any age and level. All instructors referred for private sessions are RYT certified.
Private sessions enable instructors to address specific needs of each client such as chronic pain, fatigue, health management, fitness, weight loss, depression & anxiety, stress management, pre and post natal & general practice.
Private lessons at the studio are standard rate up to 2 students, $10+ for each additional participant.

2 Sessions per Week …$45/session
At your Home:
1 Session per Week …$80/session
2 Sessions per Week ….$65/session
