Integral Movement Arts: Yoga on the Beach

Getting There:
Call ahead or email each week if you are unable to attend, if the weather is questionable, or if you need a ride. We will meet at 8:40 at the studio and shuttle to the beach for anyone that wants to avoid parking fees.

Wear:
Clothes you are comfortable practicing yoga in
Layers
Do not wear sunscreen on your face – it will sting your eyes when you sweat
Bring:
A yoga mat
A water bottle
Sunglasses that will stay put
A thick towel
Your beach stuff if you plan to stay!

$15 per walk-in
$130 for ten anytime Yoga, Pilates Adult Dance classes
$60 Monthly Unlimited Yoga, Pilates and Adult Dance
